What if I have questions, do you offer support?

Even our most basic services include a monthly check-in to review financial reports and answer questions.

If you are sending my invoices, will you also communicate with my customers or vendors?

We do offer correspondence as a part of our AR/AP services. We work closely with you to tailor that correspondence to your brand and your unique voice.

What types of companies do you work with?

We specialize in startups and small to medium sized businesses and non-profits. Our services can take you from just starting out to the point where it makes sense to hire a staff accountant.

Do you offer income tax filing services?

Invisible LLC is an operations focused firm rather than a tax focused firm. As such, we do not offer a income tax filing services internally, but we do work with excellent partners who offer income tax service as a seamless integration with our services.

We are a startup, do you accept equity based compensation for your services?

In rare cases we do exchange our services for equity-based compensation. This is exclusively reserved for Fractional CFO clients.

Where are you located?

While we offer services to all fifty states in the US, our headquarters is in Chicago. If you're in Chicago as well, we are happy to arrange an in-person meeting!
